Job Duties:

• Responsible for all collection management activities
• Reach out to customers via phone and email to remind them to regularise their accounts.
• Visit customer premises to establish business presence and provide payment reminders.
• Achieve daily productivity targets for call attempts, customer contacts, and promises to pay.
• Offer customers clear and accurate information
• Accurately and promptly update all dunning and site visit records in the collections system.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the banking and finance industry
• Prior experience in Debt collections or Customer Service preferred
