Job Description

The Job:

  • Vendor creation
  • Ensure that documents are complete, seek approval and send to Finance for vendor creation
  • PR/PO administration and processing invoices
  • Raise PR/PO
  • Retrieve PO number, verify invoices and send for processing

The Requirements:

  • Diploma in HR Officer
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good interpersonal skills
