Our client is a well-established Fintech Firm, providing payments and financial solutions.

Job Duties:

• Primarily focus on hiring for the Japan team, with secondary support for other APAC markets.
• Source top talent and collaborate on talent acquisition strategies and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer stage.
• Partner closely with hiring teams to understand their needs, guide them through the recruitment process, and collaborate with HRBPs on people strategy.
• Share data insights on market trends, talent pools, and process to inform decision-making.
• Participate in a global recruitment team and support hiring efforts in different regions as needed.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience in recruitment both agency/ in-house
• Experience in hiring for the Japan Market
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
