Our client is a well-established commodities trading house.

Job Duties:

• Manage import and export shipping documents.
• Coordinate chartering and shipping operations for all agricultural products.
• Assist in managing the invoicing process and ensure full and final payments are received.
• Identify and highlight execution risks.
• Enter freight, shipping details, and laytime transactions into the system promptly, linking all cost calculations.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution according to contract terms

Job Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of letter of Credit
• Good communication skills and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
