Job Responsibilities:

. Offer sales and service support for banking customers.

. Ensure timely resolution of all customer service inquiries.

. Address sales challenges by identifying and implementing solutions based on technical knowledge and prior experience.

. Provide high-quality service to customers, referring potential clients to Sales Acquisition Team

. Contribute to achieving branch-wide sales and service objectives.

. Evaluate risk in business decisions and prioritizing the firm's reputation

. Uphold compliance with relevant laws, policies, and regulations, exercise ethical judgment, and transparently report and manage control issues.

. Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

. Minimum Diploma in a related discipline

. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

. Able to start immediately or within short notice
