Job Responsibilities:
. Support daily compensation activities, including reviewing transactions in the HR system, and performing data analysis and reporting.
. Contribute to compensation processes, such as bonus planning, annual salary reviews, equity planning, and promotions.
. Perform market research and analysis to validate compensation recommendations with data-driven insights.
. Offer compensation support to HR teams and business units as needed.
. Ensure adherence to global policies and guidelines.
. Assist with global, regional, and local projects as required.
. Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
. Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
. Able to start immediately or within short notice
