Job Description

As a New Business Intern, you will work closely with the New Business team to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of commercial programmes and initiatives within the organisation. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management with the specific goal of developing solutions from a business perspective.

Why Does This Role Matter

The New Business team at WhiteCoat manages inbound business requests from external parties, and conceptualises solutions to stay ahead of industry trends. No two projects are the same, and our goal is to meet commercial objectives and balance our key duty as a responsible healthcare service provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
  • Support communication within the New Business team and with stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to gather relevant project information and data
  • Prepare and update project documentation, including reports and presentations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met
  • Attend meetings and take detailed notes for project records
  • Learn and apply project management tools and software
  • Provide general administrative support to the New Business team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
