- Cards Portfolio Management
- Improvement of customer journey and optimizing of internal processes
- Managing Operations: Overseeing the entire card acquisition process from start to finish.
- Process Improvement: Collaborating with various teams (Credit Ops, Tech, Credit Policy, Risk Management) to enhance processes and policies.
- Automation: Streamlining and automating the card application and fulfillment processes.
- Customer Journey: Reviewing and gathering requirements to automate campaign fulfillment and cover all exception scenarios to reduce call volume.
- Customer Exception Management: Handling and resolving customer issues related to onboarding and credit card applications.
- Standardization and Efficiency: Standardizing internal processes and improving efficiency through report automation.
- Accuracy Checks: Ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of daily, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree and above
- Knowledge in Payments business, especially credit cards.
- Experience in a financial institute or in the payments industry is advantageous
