- Support daily compensation operations by reviewing HR system transactions, conducting data analysis, and preparing reports.
- Assist in the execution of key compensation processes, including bonus planning, annual salary reviews, equity allocation, and promotions.
- Perform market research and analysis to ensure compensation strategies are data-driven and aligned with industry standards.
- Provide compensation-related support to HR teams and business units as required.
- Ensure adherence to global compensation policies and compliance with established guidelines.
- Contribute to global, regional, and local projects as needed, supporting various compensation initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
