Job description
Job Duties:
- Provide secretarial support to the the partner and 4-5 investment professionals
- Handle extensive complex travel management, visa applications, that includes booking of air tickets, hotel room, car transfer, plan travel itinerary, match travel plan with business meeting schedule etc.
- Arrange logistics of tele and video conference calls, and schedule meetings including booking of meeting rooms
- Processing of expense claims and reports
- Generating various daily, monthly, and quarterly portfolio reports
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- At least 5-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant, Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
