Job Responsibilities:

• Providing effective leadership and ensuring centre viability.
• Provide mentorship to this team of professional teachers and enable them to fulfill their aspirations.
• Overseeing and supporting educators in curriculum planning and professional development
• Working with educators to assess and document the learning and development
• Ensuring that the preschool operates in compliance with regulations, guidelines, and policies

Job Requirements:

. Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education or Degree in any discipline, with Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
. Strong knowledge in curriculum and pedagogy
