Job Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the department Preparing reports
- Drafting correspondence, schedules, memos, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and other documents from notes, dictation, and other sources
- Proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and format distributing documents as instructed maintaining calendars coordinating and scheduling meetings, training sessions, appointments, and making travel arrangements
- Receiving and screening internal/external visitors/guests
- Receiving, screening, and directing telephone calls to appropriate department
- Providing information to callers maintaining filing system, including establishing and updating files, sorting, grading, verifying, filing and retrieving office documentation
- Establishing and maintaining new and specialized files according to prescribed methods
- Tracking time/attendance assisting with processing of travel and other expenses
- Preparing, sorting, prioritizing, logging and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and
Maintaining specialized logs, mailing lists and tracking systems performing special projects, as required.
Requirements
Min. N/O Levels, or Diploma holder
Proficient in Microsoft Office
No related experience needed, full training will be provided
