Atleast O Level

Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office esp. Excel

At least 2 years of working experience in office management would be an added advantage

Immediate or short-notice candidates are preferred

Working 5,6 days a week, 12hrs, (sometimes shifting)

Management of security projects (Attendance, performance)

Activation of emergency response personnel

Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Operations Executive in terms of deployment

Monitor Leaves applied by officers

Detail-oriented and computer-literate and have technical knowledge, and strong verbal communication

Meticulous and attention to details

Responsible, proactive, show initiative to learn and adapt to changes

Team player with good communication skills
