Night Residential Care Worker

Working location: Near to Buangkok Mrt
Working hours: 10.30pm - 8.30am | 4 days work week (follow schedule)
Salary: $1900 - $2160

Residential Care Worker will be working with the youths staying in an institutional facility, which focus on community rehabilitation. They are required to work night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the residents on a daily basis manage the welfare, discipline and standards of regimentation in the institution.
• Support the shift during emergency.
• Deliver Trauma-informed practices in daily interactions
• Ensure safety and security of premises, include perform body & property check, carry out security and night patrols, dormitory checks and conduct urine test (when necessary)
• Manage and provide care for the daily living needs of the residents in the Hostel
• Able to develop positive relationship with the residents
• Involve in taskforce, to assist and execute tasks required from the taskforce.

Requirements:

• O Level and above
• Able to do rotating shifts
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, etc
