Job Title: Customer Service Executive/Service Crew

Location: Central

Working Hours: 6 days work week, night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a positive customer experience with friendly and courteous service
• Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries
• Record orders, serve food & beverages/alcohol, cashiering
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Job Requirement

• Previous experience in F&B, hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing excellent service
• Able to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Good communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to customer needs
