Job Title: Customer Service Executive/Service Crew
Location: Central
Working Hours: 6 days work week, night shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a positive customer experience with friendly and courteous service
- Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries
- Record orders, serve food & beverages/alcohol, cashiering
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Job Requirement
- Previous experience in F&B, hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing excellent service
- Able to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Good communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to customer needs
