I am currently working with e-commerce platform with operations in Southeast Asia countries. Funding at Post-IPO stage.

Salary structure: Base + bonus + project incentive. 3 rounds of interview to offer. 5 days in office at Tampines. Willing to travel to neighbourhood countries when needed.

. Design and develop natural language understanding and generation modules for intent recognition and entity extraction

. Integrate large pre-trained models (like OpenAI's GPT-4) through APIs to enable high-quality automated responses and content generation.

. Optimize API calls for reduced latency and improved user experience.

. Develop retrieval modules to extract relevant information from the knowledge base and libraries, then combine with large model outputs to generate accurate responses and recommendations.

skills and requirements

. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence

. Min 3 years of experience in natural language processing, with a preference for candidates experienced in dialogue systems, chatbots, or recommendation systems.

. Proficiency in Python familiarity with Java or other languages is a plus.

. Skilled in NLP tools such as NLTK, spaCy, and Transformers.

. Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, and familiarity with pre-trained models like BERT and GPT.

. Understanding of NLP algorithms such as intent recognition, entity extraction, text classification, and sequence labeling.

. Experience with natural language generation (NLG) or text/content generation projects.

. Knowledge of recommendation algorithms and personalized recommendation techniques.
