NLP Expert

We are looking for a seasoned NLP Leader to head our clients Natural Language Processing (NLP) initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in NLP and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality NLP solutions. The NLP Leader will work closely with our clients software development teams to identify and develop expertise in NLP, ensuring the delivery of world-class NLP capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of NLP capabilities within Newbridge
• Collaborate with leading software industries to identify and develop strong NLP experts
• Design and implement NLP solutions that meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in NLP

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in NLP, with a focus on leadership and team management
• Strong background in NLP, including machine learning, deep learning, and text analysis
• Experience working with leading software industries
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
