Job Scope:

• Greeting and welcoming patients.
• Registering patients and updating their personal information.
• Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar.
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
• Assisting doctors and nurses during medical procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organised clinic environment.
• Managing patient files and records.
• Checking patients vital signs and updating medical history.
• Collecting payments and managing billing processes.
• Providing basic medical advice and information to patients.
