Responsibilities:
Production Operations (80%)
- Execute routine and critical production tasks.
- Learn and follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in on-the-job training through Competency Assessments.
- Record data in Electronic Batch Management (EBM) and Master Batch/Formulation Records (MBRs/MFRs).
- Gain knowledge of the Process Control System (PCS).
- Monitor equipment and perform basic lab tasks (sampling, pH, conductivity).
- Demonstrate aseptic techniques when handling products.
- Troubleshoot process issues and document events in the Global Event Management System (GEMS).
- Propose document revisions and complete required training on time.
- Ensure safety and report any risks.
Equipment Management & Facility Support (10%)
- Clean and maintain equipment as scheduled.
- Assist with equipment assembly/disassembly and standardization.
- Perform basic housekeeping and initiate Corrective Work Orders.
- Support changeover activities.
Technical Training & Development (10%)
- Meet training requirements and maintain a personal development plan.
- Provide annual self-assessment on development progress.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Adhere to EHS requirements and Takeda's Code of Conduct.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering / Bioengineering / Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering / Pharmaceutical Engineering or related and possess
- No need experience training provided
- Able to work 12h rotating day and night shift
