Immediate till 31 Mar 2025

Working Hours:
5.5 day work week, office hours
Mon to Fri, 7.5hrs
Sat, 4.5hrs

Job Scope:

• Providing assisted enrolment to patients
• Guiding patients to enrol through HealthHub app for patients with Singpass
• Assisting patients to enrol through National CRM for patients without Singpass
• Onboarding patients to HealthierSG, including booking of Health Plan related appointments (doctor consultation and care coordinator appointments)
• Tagging patients on Queue Management System (QMS) for HealthierSG related visits
• Answering patients queries with regards to HealthierSG

Required Immunisation:

• MMR/ Tdap/ Varicella
• Highly encouraged to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
• Willing to bear the cost of the serology test and vaccinations (if required)
