Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and cooking North Indian dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
  • Ensure ingredients are properly stored and portioned before cooking.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
  • Follow recipes and cooking techniques to maintain consistency in food quality.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
  • Provide support in the preparation of food for special events and functions.
  • Handle kitchen equipment and tools safely and responsibly.

Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in North Indian cuisine.

  • Basic understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Passion for cooking and a keen interest in North Indian culinary traditions.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
