Job Description
Responsibilties:
To provide cleaning service to guest rooms and respond to guest requests ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in accordance to Hotel established standards.
To clean guest floors and surrounding service areas in accordance to the standard required by our hotel.
To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
To clean all assigned rooms and designated public area in accordance with the established procedures.
Ensure that all requests by guests are attended to.
Be responsible for the care and maintenance of his/her work store, trolley and all equipment and ensure that all equipment and materials are left in the same place and correct manner at the end of each shift.
Advise the office of any lost property and valuable and return these to the office as soon as possible.
