Responsibilities:

- Lead new project line set-up for new medical device products

- Develop and implement production processes

- Supervise production teams & provide mentor and support.

- Ensure quality standards and compliance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirement:

- 5+ years of experience in medical device production

- Proven leadership and supervision skills

- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards (Such as ISO13485/ ISO9001, FDA audit experience)

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
