Responsibilities

• coordinates, directs and evaluates a department's operational activities and resource utilization.
• largely on managerial work and performs some clinical, educational and research tasks.
• at least one unit, managing the nursing manpower's operating expenses and budget
• the professional and personal development of staff and providing guidance to assistant nurse clinicians and other junior staff

Requirements

Bachelor of Nursing with post-graduate qualifications and relevant work experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to develop and coach staff and lead in continuous improvement

Possess effective leadership and people management skills
