OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER

Responsibilities
. The WSHO is responsible for overseeing and carrying out all works relating to the Safety, Health and Environmental matters in the project.
. Liaise closely with the Project Managers on workplace safety, health and environmental issues to maintain a high level of safety at the sites
. Ensure overall compliance and good procedures/ practices in statutory environmental and health requirements at project site and requirement premises at all time
. Conduct regular site inspections and follow-up actions to ensure environmental compliance
. Preparation and submission of reports
. Ensure safe work procedures implemented to control risk.

Requirements
. Registered with MOM as WSHO, ECO
. At least 2 years of experience as a WSH Officer
. Good knowledge of WSH Act and other WSH related compliance
. Must possess a WSQ Specialist Diploma in Safety & Health, or relevant degree
