Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assess and identify individual needs of clients and formulate and implement appropriate occupational therapy programmes.
2. Evaluate and document the clients progress at regular intervals, monitor training programmes and review their effectiveness.
3. Carry out home visits with patients to assess their safety, home environment and identify any risks that would affect their performance of daily living skills.
4. Provide appropriate information, education and support for client group and their caregivers.
5. Supervise Students & junior Therapists.
Job Requirement:
1. Recognised Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy
2. 2- 4 years of experience in a Therapist position.
3. AHPC Full/ Restricted Registration
