Position is a 3+3years contract position working offsite at Changi Airport for a renowed Airline Lounge.
- Manage and handle product research and developments.
- Fully in-charge of all kitchen matters across both terminals per shift to ensure consistency in F&B quality and kitchen cleanliness (non-exhaustive)
- Recommendation to customer on F&B items to introduce for service, taking into consideration the available food preparation facilities, customer profile and any other relevant information.
- Providing cooking methods and training to Chefs and production department
- Work with production department in production to ensure that new products created are produced with same result after scaling up production.
