Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office/ Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and assist in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
- Managing CEO's calendar,
- Supporting three senior management's business trip arrangement, hotel booking and expense reimbursement
- Dealing with payable and receivable payments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Minimum Diploma/High School Certificate. Additional certifications in administration are a plus.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with [specific tools, if any, e.g., accounting software or CRM] is an advantage.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
