Position: Office Admin Executive (Assistant to Director)

Director's Profile: Mr. King Jin is activately involving in major social medias such as Douyin (Chinese TikTok), TikTok, Kuaishou, Little Red Book and more (search ID name of King then it's HIM! He shares his knowledge of everything he knows and good at it online with his fans for FREE, and of course it attracts his fans and viewers to find him for business opportunities, such as Travel related Visa Applications, Ticket Bookings, Itineraries Plannings, and more. He needs YOU to join his team to expand and grow his brand image locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist him on ALL his social media replies and follow ups promptly
• Assist his fans and clients with travel needs such as visa applications and more
• Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and travel packages.
• Of course, be a fan of him, and share his videos

Requirements:

• Able to understand and speak in both English & Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• A passion for replying on his fans questons anytime, anywhere.
• Only Singaporeans or PR.
