Job Description

Our Client is a leading leader in the communications and cyber security sector. We are looking for talents to be a part of their growing team!

Job Description

  • Manage telecommunication services and related assets
  • Manage subscriptions including newspaper/magazines/online portals/TV and related assets
  • Manage office sundries and stationery supplies
  • Manage office equipment
  • Manage name cards order
  • Manage contact listing
  • Manage first aid / AED equipment and training
  • Transport and travel arrangement
  • Coordinate catering services for VIP and staff
  • Manage visitors, rooms and facilities booking for venues
  • Onboarding staff management
  • Resource booking system management
  • Displays / signage management
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Min Diploma in any discipline
  • Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior relevant experience in procurement or in the job scope would be an advantage
  • Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment

Working Days / Hours

  • Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 6pm (1hr lunch break)
  • Tanjong Pagar
