We are looking for a person who plays a vital role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment, requiring a blend of interpersonal, administrative, and technical skills.
Job Description:
-Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff warmly.
-Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
-Prepare drinks for the visitors.
-Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
-Take and relay messages accurately and promptly.
-Asisst in application of work passes including dependant passes & Permanent Residences for our expatriates
-Assist in recruitment which includes advertising job vacancy, interviews, on-boarding and off-boarding matters
-Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
-Maintain and update appointment calendars and schedules.
-Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
-Prepare outgoing mail and packages, coordinating with courier services as needed.
-Responsible for planning and accompanying company customers to visit local tourist attractions, etc.
-Other ad-hoc duties may assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
-Good overall image and good temperament
-Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented demeanor
-Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
-Familiar with local tourist attractions
-Fluent in Chinese and English preferred in order to liaise with our international clients
-Previous experience in a PA or administrative role preferred
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-5:30 / 9:00 - 6:00
