To support our students, we have built / purpose of role
The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport easily, be customer-obsessed, and have a growth mindset. This is a hybrid full-time position, based in Singapore. Regret that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
What are the main responsibilities for this role
Office Maintenance: Oversee general office management, including ordering supplies, filing and storage systems, and workspace cleanliness
General Administration: Assist with other administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, minutes taking, coordinating delivery of goods and services and slide update
Executive Assistant: Oversee tasks and preparation of documents as requested, assist with special projects or other duties as assigned
Reporting and Documentation: Generate reports and extract data pertaining to leads from both event and non-event sources. Sort and extract data from event reports and registration lists
Sales Support: Including (but not limited to) generating service agreements and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes
Marketing Support: Including (but not limited to) purchasing of collaterals, payment processing, research information as needed, event logistics and social media management support
What skills and experience are required
Proficient in English - Spoken/Written
Experience in Customer Service, Customer Success
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and CRM software is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Prior experience in the Education or professional services (e.g. marketing agency, financial services, management consulting, hospitality, etc.) sector and using CRM (Salesforce) and multiple systems and platforms will be advantageous
