In this role, you are responsible for managing daily office operations, including handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, maintaining office supplies, and supporting staff with various needs. This role ensures the smooth functioning of the office by overseeing communications and organizing files. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
- Roles and Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized office space.
- Attending to incoming visitors.
Handle daily office errands and support office events.- Administrative support to internal stakeholders when required.
Ability to write internal and external communications effectively.
- Arrange internal and external meetings, including meeting room set up and preparation of meeting materials if required.
Purchase and replenish stationery, office and pantry supplies when necessary.- Local and overseas travel and accommodation management, including transport if required.
Register local and overseas seminars for internal stakeholders when necessary.
- Restaurants selection and booking when required.
Coordinate with Building Managing Agent on matters relating to office management. Support ISO related when required.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Possess right work attitude, willing to learn and proactive.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficient in technology and tools, with a sense of personal accountability and urgency.
