About Company:
Our Client celebrated their 60th anniversary as they were established in 1956. Their headquarters is in Japan and they are focused in Pump technology and has honed in the shipbuilding industry.
Job Description:
- Support office management and undertake administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operations of the office e.g. general office housekeeping, ordering stationery and pantry supplies, travel booking arrangement, managing office equipment, etc.
- Simple accounting duties e.g. prepare payment and receipt vouchers, checking of sales and purchase invoices, etc.
- Monitoring and chasing for overdue payments from customers.
- Assist in new staff onboarding processes e.g. setting up laptop, software installation, door access programming, etc.
- Managing and renewing of tenancy contracts, software licenses, equipment on rental, etc.
- Support Sales Team in handling sales inquiries, type and send quotations, order and shipment processing, invoicing, etc.
- Assist and support in other duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or its equivalent education qualification
- At least 4 - 5 years working experiences in office administrative role
- Verbal and written communication skills in Japanese is preferable to liaise with Japanese colleagues and management, but not a must
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
- Positive attitude, self motivated, friendly and able to multi task.
- Matured and able to handle different scope of works and love multi-tasking
- Possess a high level of accuracy, reliability and personal integrity to uphold confidential information
Compensation:
- Work location: CBD
- Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9am -6pm)
