Position : Contract of British & Malayan Trustees Limited (BMT)

Role:

. Manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of Trust accounts, reporting to the Head of Trust Administration

Responsibilities:

. To assist with the on-boarding of new clients and obtain the requisite AML/KYC documentation, review of Source of Funds & Source of Wealth information.

. To assist in setting up master file for trust cases and ensure timely filing of documents

. To assist in the asset(s) transfer into the Trust setup, including opening bank accounts.

. To assist in the direct distribution of funds to Beneficiaries such as preparation of distribution checklist and ensuring identification documents are updated.

. Perform any other ad hoc administrative assignments.

Skills and qualifications:

. Relevant Degree/ Diploma holder

. Team-player with outstanding interpersonal skills

. Conscientious, with good attention to detail

. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

. Proven ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

. Independent and positive working attitude
