Job Description

  • To support and to ensure smooth daily office operations and HR tasks.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations , including office leasing, meeting coordination, reception, procurement, and file management.
  • Support human resource management for local employees, including tasks related to attendance, payroll, benefits, and insurance.
  • Using HR system to manage all general HR work

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Office Management
  • Basic HR knowledge will be an advantage
  • 5 days work week (Hybrid - 4days office + 1 day work from home)
  • Work location at Amoy Street
  • Mandarin speaking - to communicate with chinese associates
  • Salary $4000 - $7000 (depends on experience)
