Job Description
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper
- Arrange travel and accommodations for staff when needed
- Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and organize office records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible
- Assist with special projects and assignments as needed
- Conduct basic research and gather information for reports and presentations
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
