General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, including office spaces, hallways, lift and restrooms.
Trash Disposal: Empty trash bins and recycling containers regularly and ensure proper disposal in designated areas.
Surface Cleaning: Dust and wipe down desks, office furniture, and countertops to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
Toilet Cleaning: Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors. Restock necessary supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Pantry Maintenance: Clean and sanitize Pantry areas, including countertops, sinks, and appliances (e.g., microwave, refrigerator).
Window Cleaning: Clean windows and glass surfaces to ensure clarity and prevent streaks.
Organizing: Ensure that common areas are organized and free of clutter, including waiting areas, meeting rooms, and hallways.
Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and inform management when new supplies are needed.
Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned by reporting manager and/or management
Job Requirements:
Any experience as a cleaner or janitor, preferably in an office environment.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and ability to use them safely and efficiently.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Good communication skills and a professional demeanour.
