Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and negotiating service provider quotations
  • Managing maintenance schedules
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders
  • Conducting daily site walks, addressing defects and breakdowns, overseeing repair/replacement works
  • Maintaining records, preparing accruals, exercising purchase control
  • Coordinating with IT on any troubleshooting of software or hardware
  • Participating in fire drills
  • Attend to any queries or feedback on defects and breakdown and ensure rectification and repair works are carried out
  • Coordinating A&A works and moves
  • Handle any administartive duties
  • Arranging logistical needs for events, and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Min 2 years of facilities management experience, preferably with M&E certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines, willingness to work outside office hours if needed
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
