Job Description

  • Support HR functions, including attendance tracking, payroll processing, benefits administration, and insurance management for local employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Oversee the daily administrative operations of the office, including managing office leasing, meeting coordination, arrange courier, procurement, and file management.
  • Coordinate office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the office environment is organized and conducive for productivity.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, Administration, Business / Office Management
  • 5 days work week (Hybrid - 4days office + 1 day work from home)
  • Work location at Amoy Street
  • Mandarin speaking - to communicate with chinese associates
  • Salary $5000 - $8000 (depends on experience)
  • AWS / VB
