- Oversee the daily administrative operations of the office, including managing office leasing, meeting coordination, reception duties, procurement, and file management.
- Support HR functions, including attendance tracking, payroll processing, benefits administration, and insurance management for local employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
- Coordinate office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the office environment is organized and conducive for productivity.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, Administration, Business / Office Management
- 5 days work week (Hybrid - 4days office + 1 day work from home)
- Work location at Amoy Street
- Mandarin speaking - to communicate with chinese associates
- Salary $4000 - $8000 (depends on experience)
