What this job involves
Independently sources business through smaller/repeat transaction execution. May provide support in the sourcing of business through pitch support
Developing own personal client base
Strong business / market knowledge
Supports in the development of client relationships
Works (with full competence) within an assigned territory, sector, product or client base of limited size
Understanding of business, clients needs and cross selling;
Acts as a guide for colleagues supporting the sales process
Interested An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills
Required
High energy and ready to hit the road running
Passionate in cultivating new contacts to grow our market share in Singapore
Strong negotiation skills to get the best of both worlds for your clients
Team spirit as we also work collaboratively within the team to support international clients
At least 10 years of relevant hands-on experience with a valid license with the Council of Estate Agencies (CEA)
