What this job involves - Independently sources business through smaller/repeat transaction execution. May provide support in the sourcing of business through pitch support
- Developing own personal client base
- Strong business / market knowledge
- Supports in the development of client relationships
- Works (with full competence) within an assigned territory, sector, product or client base of limited size
- Understanding of business, clients needs and cross selling;
- Acts as a guide for colleagues supporting the sales process
Interested An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Required
Desired experience and technical skills
- High energy and ready to hit the road running
- Passionate in cultivating new contacts to grow our market share in Singapore
- Strong negotiation skills to get the best of both worlds for your clients
- Team spirit as we also work collaboratively within the team to support international clients
- At least 10 years of relevant hands-on experience with a valid license with the Council of Estate Agencies (CEA)
