Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a well-equipped and organized work environment.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and appointments, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up workstations, providing office tours, and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and invoices, and provide regular reports to management.
- Support HR functions such as payroll administration, employee records management, and benefits coordination.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management for office-related matters.
- Address employee concerns and requests regarding office facilities and services in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in HR administration or facilities management is a plus.
