Company Description

Our client isan Education Industry. They are currently looking to hire a full time Office Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage general office operations and provide regular reports to the management.
  • Supervise filing systems, manage office supplies, and maintain our IT infrastructure.
  • Secretarial work, coordination of meetings & events for the managing director.
  • Update office policies and assist in onboarding new hires, including work permits.
  • Support the institute's external accountants in financial and taxation matters, as well as payroll management.

Requirement

  • 5+ years of experience as an Office Manager
  • Proficient in handling HR tasks such as visa applications, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Experienced in processing claims, expenses, invoices, and performing basic accounting tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skill
  • Basic knowledge in IT (e.g., updating content on our webpage) & accounting.
  • Long-term commitment to the job.
