Our client isan Education Industry. They are currently looking to hire a full time Office Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage general office operations and provide regular reports to the management.
- Supervise filing systems, manage office supplies, and maintain our IT infrastructure.
- Secretarial work, coordination of meetings & events for the managing director.
- Update office policies and assist in onboarding new hires, including work permits.
- Support the institute's external accountants in financial and taxation matters, as well as payroll management.
Requirement
- 5+ years of experience as an Office Manager
- Proficient in handling HR tasks such as visa applications, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Experienced in processing claims, expenses, invoices, and performing basic accounting tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skill
- Basic knowledge in IT (e.g., updating content on our webpage) & accounting.
- Long-term commitment to the job.
