Due to the expansion of our Singapore office we are now looking to recruit an Office Manager.
Responsibilities will include:
Executive Assistant to Management Team (2 individuals)
. Diary management
. Travel management
. Event co-ordination in Singapore
. Professionally answer telephone calls, take messages and check emails and hospitality arrangements for visitors.
Office administration including, but not limited to:
. Stationery management
. Office upkeep and liaison with suppliers
. Sort and manage incoming correspondence
. Diary management for Singapore based team
. Basic level company secretarial support
. HR administration
. Liaison with outsourced I.T. support service provider
. Manage content of local website
. Filing, other data entry and report generation.
You must also be willing to carry out special or ad hoc projects and all other general accounting duties
Experience & Skills
. At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional firm
. Ability to speak and write fluently in English
. Able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
. Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
. Exceptional skill in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word. Experience in PDF/Adobe Publisher would be beneficial.
