JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support for the preparation of project proposals including financial, logistics and technical aspects
- Be involved with client meetings and whenever issues develop on a project to ensure a correct approach and deliver the best outcome for the business.
- Handling quantity survey related activities, involving resource planning, inprocess inspection, and coordination with the internal departments and external project stakeholders
- Manage quality assurance processes and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Be familiar with, all Government related department (i.e. Construction Bureaux, Quality Bureaux) requirements for Consultancy / Project Management, ensuring services are comply with local codes, standards, and regulations.
- Oversee the commissioning process for all mechanical systems, ensuring they are installed and operating according to design intent.
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, checklists, and performance testing procedures.
- Manage compilation of technical reports and submission of status report, including progress update
- Provide technical advice in testing and commissioning aspects, assistance and coaching to delivery team members
