Office of Organisation & Svce Excellence - Deputy Mgr/ Mgr (Sustainability)

[What you will be working on]

. Lead and manage a team to develop sustainability initiatives to meet ESG goals

. Lead and manage a team to drive outreach and engagement efforts to nudge and promote sustainability habits and practices with internal and external stakeholders through eg, Go Green RP, ESG Centre, Sustainability Champions programme, Go Green SG liaison

. Support the Environmental Sustainability Steering Committee secretariat to conduct materiality assessments, gap analysis monitor performance indicators, targets and prepare sustainability disclosures.

[What we are looking for]

. Proven experience in sustainability ESG management, communications, engagement and outreach strategies.

. Strong knowledge of sustainability, materiality assessments, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability disclosure standards.

. Excellent project management and communication skills.

. Excellent people management skills with an ability to influence and promote sustainable practices within large organisations.

. Ability to leverage AI for process improvement, data analytics and sensemaking would be an advantage.
