[What you will be working on]
Your key responsibilities will include:
Partner key stakeholders to support staff capability development through projects such as strategic workforce planning, competency framework development and implementation design, develop and implement capability development plan to support RP's strategic priorities.
Review and evaluate relevance and effectiveness of staff capability development related policies and guidelines.
Participate in business process reviews to develop user-centric systems that support staff capability development needs.
Support in preparing management reports and analytics dashboard to support staff capability development related decision making
Oversee administration matters, address staff queries and ensure the smooth operation of processes.
[What we are looking for]
Requirement:
Relevant qualification in Human Resources or Business Management, or its related fields.
At least eight years of relevant work experience in Strategic Workforce Planning and/or Learning and Development, with familiarity in progressive learning and development practices and trends.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, project management, presentation and writing skills.
A team player who is able to work independently, adapt in complex and ambiguous situations and comfortable with taking a hands-on approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digitally-savvy to learn new digitalisation tools.
Some experience with Workday HCM, SAP HR, Robotics Process Automation, Chatbots and Macro programming will be advantageous.
